This course is designed for new Pro Tools users seeking a fundamental understanding of the features and toolsets of the software. You will learn essential techniques for creating sessions, recording audio, editing session media, navigating sessions, and using basic routing and mixing techniques necessary to deliver quality work.

COURSE-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

 

This course does not have any prerequisites; it is designed for those with no experience in Pro Tools. A background in audio engineering is preferred but not mandatory. Access to a Mac/Windows machine with Pro Tools or Pro Tools | Ultimate software is preferred.
